Hazlemere Memorial Hall CIO is a charitable incorporated organisation, (Charity Number 1161481) with 5 trustees, registered with the Charity Commission. The Commission’s record is published on their web-site (see link below).

Our charity CIO is governed by a constitution which was originally published in April 2015, and was subsequently updated in July 2020, then again in March 2026. These updates were to clarify a few ambiguities and to make some necessary modifications to reflect our current situation.

Our Hazlemere Memorial Hall CIO accounts are published and registered with the charity commissioners on an annual basis. If you would like to see our most recent income/expenditure report, or for any previous financial years, please go to the Charity Commission website.
